Reuse Europeana classes at School of Form

mid October - mid December 2016

Faculty programme created under Tu Europeana will showcase potential of giving digital archives second life by incorporating them into new services or products. Through a number of classes we will explain the rules of creative re-use of digital cultural assets (including copyright and technical aspects). Students will learn about Europeana collections and ways to reuse Europeana openly licensed content.

Prior to the classes, selected School of Form students will be also invited to participate in the Arts Plus Europeana Labs workshop, a new fair within the Frankfurt Book Fair which will explore new business models for creative and cultural industries. The Europeana Labs space will host a series of workshops for 20 design school students from across Europe with the aim to create innovative and viable products and services with digital cultural data.
