The Multimedia Essay is part of the NINA Finale.

The essay will include personal statements, video footage, original songs, performances, animated GIFs, and other forms created by artists, researchers, and activists – friends and associates of the NInA.

The appearance roster includes: Wojciech Blecharz, Andrzej Chyra, Maciej Grzybowski, Agnieszka Holland, Aneta Kopacz, Paweł Łoziński, Barbara Kinga Majewska, Marcin Masecki, Magda Mosiewicz, Paweł Mykietyn, Aleksander Nowak, Jurek Owsiak, Małgorzata Sarbak, Małgorzata Szczęśniak, Małgorzata Szumowska, Paweł Szymański, Alek Tarkowski, Mariusz „Wilk” Wilczyński i Wojciech Waglewski.

The essay will be presented by Agnieszka Szydłowska and will open with a reading of Prof. Zygmunt Bauman’s final essay, written especially for this occasion.

You're also welcome to witness it online at the nina.gov.pl and ninateka.pl websites.

All of the segments making up the video essay will be published online after the event and will be available on a dedicated subsection of the nina.gov.pl website. The site will also feature extra materials, including an essay by pre-eminent media scholar Lev Manovich written especially for this occasion.
