New release by National Audiovisual Institute - DVD Daniel Szczechura.
This year Polityka Passport Award went to Michał Borczuch, Sandra Korzeniak, L.U.C., Borys Lankosz, Xawery Żuławski, Piotr Paziński, Karol Radziszewski, Paweł Althamer and Barbara Wysocka.
Jan Klata has directed the newest play by Mark Ravenhill "Shoot. Get Treasure. Repeat" at Düsseldorfer Theater. The premiere was held on the 10th January 2010.
Paweł Łoziński's documentaries and Daniel Szczechura's animations just released on DVD by National Audiovisual Institute.
The DVD 'Orfeusz i Eurydyka' will be released in September 2010.

The Tempest by Warlikowski"The Tempest begins with a shipwreck. However, Warlikowski chose a mixture of armchair comfort with the sense of irrevocability of the flight that we all know so well. It came as no surprise when the court sat in airplane seats. All of us have experienced the same feeling of suppressed uncertainty that Alonzo, Sebastian and Antonio share at the moment. During the turbulences, doubles of the characters with disfigured faces appeared behind the seats. The characters confronted themselves, but also each and every one of us, the spectators, had to face ourselves." (Małgorzata Dziewulska)
